View Full Version : [Bobba] Why the help tool team takes ages to reply.

Just thought I'd let you all know that the help team are always busy and take ages to reply because they get around 700 tickets a day. I know this because I made a appeal 6 days a go and one today and their was a 4300 difference to the ticket numbers D:

On a bright note - I still think MOD's are useless. ;)

eugh their support is crap. I waited like 15 days for one request and like 6 days for another to get a useless response that didn't even help.

Well if they get that many support tickets they need to hire some more support staff :)

Hmm I sent in a support ticket, and after 11 days it just dissapeared and the thing wasn't fixed. I understand that they are probably super busy, but yes if they're that busy they should hire some more staff :)

On that note, i'm sure they have over 100 employee's working for customer support (seeing it's an international company), and that's roughly 70 tickets a day (at 100 employees)
Could be faster.
