If I'm browsing the forum I don't get it either, but if I've just opened it up in a tab I get it.

i dont on the summer skin. doesn't bother me though as I do notice

Maybe I'm completely nuts here but I've just tried the Summer Skin, Site and Classic and I'm getting popups. I'm running Chrome 15. It might help to know what everyone else is on.

I only get them occasionally. I'm on Chrome 13 i think.
