View Full Version : [Bobba] Scammed.. By habbo :S

I bought 25c from a mobile phone..
went though the process blah blah blah..
they took the money..
and I didn't get the credits... I've reloaded like 100 times..
and i've contacted habbo over 30minutes ago and they still are NOT replying
what shall I do?

It will take longer than 30 minutes for Habbo to reply... it's Habbo what do you expect. Seeing as it's Sunday you won't get a reply. Best wait for the new week before expecting anything. Good luck getting it all sorted!

Oh jesus .. thanks , my sister reminded me i had this problem before but they gave it back to me in like 2 hours :)

It'll prob take upto 10 days to get a reply, does it not give you an Email to contact if something goes wrong?

My friend lewis, had multiple problems with that service and lost lots by it. Habbo didn't refund or even care.

Just looking at my messages, it does give you help instructions to text HELP to a specific number or call a help line. Here (https://help.habbo.com/entries/355902-buying-via-mobile-cell-phone) is instructions on the Habbo Help Page.

This happened to me today as wel... I bought 39 credits using my debit card and it said that I should have the credits when i log into habbo, so i logged in and i don't have them :/

It's your fault for buying them, only srs losers buy habbo credits, get them other ways ;]

Buying Habbo credits, is so >_< now.

When they introduced the new method 'Zong' for mobile - I didn't like it. I always used the old method (the option was still there) but now it's been removed, you can only buy through 'Zong'.

But Yeah, I got "scammed" by them once - I bought credits, and they kept saying I hadn't - they asked for proof, showed them - still didn't believe me x_x. So I don't trust buying credits anymore :L

I bought credits via Paypal - 50c , got scammed saying " I haven't got my coins bought yet "
But on PayPal.com in my Username said transaction was sucessful. Scam much?

Happened to me before. It happens if you cancel or the transaction fails in between paying and getting credits. The phone company charges, but Habbo sees the transaction as failed. I was told to talk to the phone company but couldn't be bothered cause it was so little money.

This sorta happend to me, try looking on other accounts, I brought mine on Yuxin and it appeared on Horrified

Well scamming is one thing Habbo can't stop. And mods can be bothered to rescue.

What method ya used?

The new "Easy Credits Delivery"?
Or the old method?

I'm not yet trying the new way but the old way, can sometimes being so frustrating.
Sometime, your code come really late (1-2 hours later).
So, I suggest for ya to wait for it.
But sometime, it never come.

And i don't usually use my mobile phone to buy credits. I have subscribed to the Super Saver offer :P
