As far as I can work out, you've took images from a habbo imager, and merged them together(one being eat: object and one being wave with a smile).
You put them together, saved as a horrid image quality(JPG) and uploaded to tinypic?

He went on habbo and get a microphone then he put the mic effect on while he was waving and then take a pic and edited it..

Or toms way :P

This isn't a alt. All you have to do is buy the pixel effect 'microphone' thing, then wave say o/ to wave and it'll look like that. -rep :(
