Hey guys,

I am going to be upgrading my laptop in the next few weeks and to be honest I haven't bought a laptop in a few years so wouldn't even know what to look for atm! I have been told no less than 4gb ram, get a dedicated graphics card rather than a integrated one... go for i3,i5 or i7 processors as they are better and a lot more information - to be honest everyone tells you different things so I was wondering what you guys would suggest?

I am looking to keep it under about £700 but looking for something thats a bit more top of the range and will last a good few years when games etc need better pcs to run them! I play a couple of games atm, do a lot of uni work on there and the odd bit of web work!

Any help is appreciated guys :)

Intel Core i7-2720QM Processor
8GB DDR3 1333Mhz Memory
Seagate Momentus XT 500GB Hybrid SSD SATA Hard Drive
SATA DVD Writer
Intel HM65 Chipset
15.6" HD LED Glossy Screen

AFAIK it doesn't have a dedicated GPU. But to be quite honest, You won't be playing high end games on laptops to start with.
