APB: Reloaded

Has anyone heard of it or played it? I stumbled across this a few hours ago and from what I've gathered it's free to play, you have to download it, and it's pretty violent. I don't get the actual concept of the game but I've watched a couple of game-plays and everyone is just shooting people.

I played this game back when it was APB.

I played in the beta and for about 40 hours into the game, It was a subscription game which failed.

The concept is basically free roam GTA. There are missions and stuff to do but it doesn't have much else. There is amazing customisation for clothing, cars, weapons, tattoos, decals, though the gameplay is repetitive and quite boring after a while, plus there is Crazy amounts of server lag and delay for AUS ;)
