F/R Glitch Fixed

I have had this glitch for a while and found out all of the people I asked had this problem where if you decline a F/R it comes up again when you next log in creating a massive list of F/Rs.

It's fixed now I believe anyway.

I got the glitch eventually and it was doing my head in. Glad its fixed.
