I think I could easily fall in love with this when it is done if it comes out well :P A couple of things that I didn't really like is the BUS text, the two large trees being copy and pasted (at least I think they're trees) and the c+p thames. So basically, the c+p is a bit too obvious.

That is bloody brilliant, I can easily see this ending up in elites!
Although the curbs seem a bit big compared the perspective

Phew, and I thought everything people are posting in the forum these days were basic recolours.. Looks really nice so far. However, just two minor points of critique: The water- and grass pattern is a bit too obvious and repeats far too often. Either make a bigger tile or different ones in order to get rid of this. The other critisicm concerns the small trees next to the Palace of Westminster. They look somewhat out of style, maybe add some highlights to the leaves? Plus, the grass is a bit too bright or at least too saturated compared to them.
Still, looking great, definitely looking forward to it.

I agree with Perkele. The water is too dark and there is too much detail on it.
Apart from that, excellent detail on the buildings.

Oh wow that's amazing! Apart from a few things that other people have pointed out, like the water where you can tell you've copied and pasted and the 'Bus' writing looks a bit off. But other than that it looks fantastic, I can't wait to see it finished ;D +Rep

Thanks :) so you suggest make the water tile a little bigger? like instead of (the piece is on tiles) just 1 repeated tile, maybe like a repeated 2x2 or 3x3? And are the large trees crap? I'll scrap them if so.
The bus text! i forgot i left that in there FML. no, that's not meant to be in the piece XD

Thank you :) well when all the buildings are added the curbs should be the right size, I'm working off a good image :)

Thank you :) The grass will be barely visible compared to how it is now. I will darken it though, thanks :) the trees hightlighed? I will try that :)

Too dark? The thames IS pretty dark :P but if you still mean it could be lighter do say :)

On the Big Ben clock face in my eyes it looks like they are in the direction of the middle, and they like mirror each other which makes them look C&P but that's only a minor details; if you didn't do that then sorry my eyes are really bad :P.

The big ben clock has no hands as it's gonna be animated to display the actual time on tiny little hands :P which i think is soooo awesome! :)

My apologies about my last post, I can see it wasn't helpful. I know the Thames is dark, but perhaps it should be lightened slightly and tile to be made bigger. In fact, a less detailed water tile might be more suitable, just a suggestion. Add some curves to the bank and it'll look great!
