Depends lol, I spent £10 on one online, it was really strong and looked like it was going up to the stars at night, literally goes as far as you could see and you could see the beam all the way. But it broke after a few days of messing around with it, mind you I did use it quite alot, propably burnt something in there..

They're really fun to play with. Maybe it's just me being immature lol, I can get my cat to run nearly half way up the wall trying to chase it.

I honestly didn't know that they were illegal, plus, the one I showed is the one down from what I want, I want to buy the 100mW one, that is more powerful :P

Not much point in getting a more powerful one, since if you're going to try and burn something or maybe burst a balloon you're going to have to buy the ones which cost like 50 quid.

Unless you're playing with your cat or working for some company doing site surveying or something, why do you need a laser? All they do is piss people off.

Baught one like this in Turkey, green lasers, are even better than red. mine shines up to 4miles

They break so easily and more times than naught there is no clue as to what the problem is.
