I saw some of the stunning pieces of work on this thread and thought i would give it a go! I Had a go with a simple football barrier. Rate/Slate please! Hopefully i will do another soon as it was fun :P

Looks good, Not too sure on the orange tinge to it though. In the future save your image as PNG to get a better quality picture :)

Ahhh you did it and you did well to say it's your first alt! See have faith in yourself David it pays off and I really like it. You have a nack for shading and it's good to see you understand what to do. Well done!

Great recolour. I'm not too keen on the yellow though, it doesn't look right to me.

Thanks for the +rep and reply! I am currently working on a different recolour hopefully it will come out better :P

The quality doesn't reverse, once it's saved as JPEG and closed the quality is crap forever. The colours aren't great, but not awful. Alright for a first.
