The pink one is blurred and forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't the red one a top extended? If so, there's no real horrific faults but it's not breath-taking.
I think they're pretty good, nice and simple. You should try adding things to them, nothing too big, maybe a belt? :)

The chest area on the pink outfit looks a bit... Odd. Maybe it's simply because the picture is a bit blurry, but that's just me.
you've done the frames wrong but don't worry i did them wrong at first, when it changes it goes back.. this means you've done it wrong - it's meant to just change the top, did you follow the tutorial for the animation?
I think they're nice, simple but nice. Not the best ever alt done! Maybe add accessories such as a belt, necklace etc

She's made 2 different characters, put them onto 1 document, put them into 2 simple frames and made them repeat after every 1 second? I don't see how that's wrong? :P

look at the animation, when it changes it goes back a step.. it's meant to stay the same but just change the colours of the top
It's okay, very simple! :)
