Maybe it's just a stand where you can save clothes, like set it to the clothes you want, then when you double click it you get the option to change the close of 'use' meaning wear. JUST AN IDEA ;]

Probably buying clothes from catalouge, and having them worn on a mannequin and when you click the mannequin you wear the clothes.
