Blackberry Curve 3G 9300 Email Problems

Hey, I'm having problems adding an email account to my phone.
I'm able to add a yahoo email account but not a www.mail.com one, i've connected it to my BB Torch when I had that but not anymore. Any help +rep! Thankyou

it might not be in sync with the pop3 via your phone.
I know that those with ntlworld.com can't add their email to blackberry nor the occasional droid.

call up your network and ask them if they can help you manually set them up, they should be able to and they should be able to resolve/explain the problem.
they can see everything server-side.

register the mail.com one on www.msn.com too n it should work?
