With a job page looking like that, don't expect any applications any time soon...
For people to work for you, YOU NEED a good looking application forms and something that will apeal to them. The words you used for flash makers, it sounded a little ... YEAH
Ok, also people that have "TALENTS" do not like being called workers and treated like slaves.
Use these tips and you'll do fine

You don't need forms, just make it look like a ACTUAL job not just a walk i the park.
Also WANT doesn't get you anywhere, saying I WANT web designers I WANT game makers.
n also what GAME said, that is true because i went to click on some things underlined.

I've only made that mistake once about the underlineing, and it doesn't look neat.
If you want to seperate them, use:
<hr> for a basic linebreak
