View Full Version : Duffle Coats! +rep
Ok, so I need a new coat for school 'cos it's getting chilly and I need something to warm me up. I've just been looking online and I've found this coat that I really like, the only problem is that it's £80 and I've not got that kind of money. I need a job fgs!!
The coat that I'm talking about is here:

I'm not really asking for opinions, but I'm not bothered if you do. I just need some ideas of places to get one from and if you could give me a link it would be even better! The most amount of money I would pay for a jacket is like £50 so around that price range is fine.

to be fair you're not gonna get a cheap version of that style of coat, £50 is the bare minimum with a lot of shopping around too i would say

It's clearly very good quality if you knocked the price down you'd start losing that.
I went shopping last wednesday and was disgraced at some of the prices of coats, some of them not even good to the eye, it's hard to find a nice coat under 50 pound lately but if anywhere for coats i'd say get yourself down to a big H&M I just got a fairly decent one for as little as 30 pound and they had some long trench coats that where very nice!
I'll have a search online but I myself can never shop online for coats as they just may not turn out great when they arrive, prefer trying them on!

Someone metioned Primark, and I know Primark is know to be tacky but I got a decent big winter coat from Primark for £16, if you have any of the New Look discount stores where you live, they also sell discounted womens and mens coats. I've seen a lot in there.
Try www.mandmdirect.com normally cheap & some branded too.
Thanks for all the help guys! :D

Its very hard to find a duffle coat for less then £50 unless you are willing to go to a place like primark or get one in a sale, which is unlikely as winter is coming. I payed £140 for mine and its last 3 winters and is still fine, they are worth the money and iv had cheaper ones before (around the £60 mark) and even they haven't lasted as well as my current one.

I think I'm going to have to pay a little more to actually get a decent coat, thanks for the help. :)
