Cold?

Ok so ive got a thing about having Cold baths, and showers.
I really dislike hot ones, they dont make you feel as clean imo.
I prefer cold water as it makes you feel cleaner, ive been doing this for around 4 years now.
Anyone else the same?

Also i dont think ive had a hot bath/shower in like 2 and a half years so yeah!

When I was living in Spain, I always had cold showers (obviously lol), but back here in London, give me a hot bath any day.

I love cold water, I do tend to have warm showers to start off with then gradually turn the heat down because I cba with the shock of it because my showers **** so the shock lasts for like 5 mins

no way! that would be like torture. when I run out of hot and have to wash my hair in cold, my head always hurts after.

I would not like to die of hypothermia in the winter, so me thinks hot is the way to go.

I've been having hot bath since i was 10.

I think hot bath is beneficial and it helps us to fight infection and colds.

I hate bathing in cold water ;L

Cold water is better in the long run, for your health :)

Or even if you have a hot shower and slowly make the water cold.

Of course hot water is more effective than cold in cleaning... which goes for anything from your body to the dishes.

I like lathering myself in hot water rather than cold ones , since I had an experience of a cold shower which led me to a flu :)

warm water is best for cleaning. i always have a warm bath/shower with the last minute of cold water mmm

When water starts getting cold in the bath, I have to top it up with hot water again. Nothing less relaxing than shivering in cold water. :P

It depends what sort of day it is really, I would never have a cold bath though, maybe a luke warm one. :P

Cold showers give me a massive headache, and whenever I put my head under my shower's so cold I feel like I'm gonna faint from shock.

I really hate warm showers I just feel that the steam makes it hard to breathe in. Also I don't think that it makes me feel cleaner I just find it more refreshing. So I kind of have an in between kind of setting.

I used to have ice baths as it 'toughens' you up, but I prefer hot whoers and baths and occcasionall have had cold showers :)

I like really hot bath's which I get in then get used to the heat. However, I have to have more coldish baths when it's my time of the month. However, I could probably have a cold bath but one thing I hate is the middle, when the waters rather cold, I'd have to make it hotter before I got in.

I live in Colorado; for those of you who don't know about the state, we're literally 'mile high' - 5,280 feet up. We have a window in our bathroom, and using hot water while opening the window in winter is a very interesting experience.
