Stress & Dandruff

Does anyone get this?

When Ever I'm stressed I always get bad dandruff,

Like if im stressed if anything with something about family, I'ld get it.

I even always get bad dandruff around exam time xD

Yes I suppose, but it can easily be tackled.

I've never had bad dandruff but I buy the Head & Shoulders Anti Dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner

When I get stressed the skin on my elbows drys out LMFAO, don't even ask.

So i'm guessing the same just happens to you just on your head, causing dandruff.

Nope thank goodness. I get spots when I'm highly stressed out around exam time usually though. :(

I can have the odd bit of dandruff in my eye brows.

helo i dont ever get dandruff cus i like use 2 in 1 head and shoulders shampoo or whateva yh


and ew that is just gross

that happens to me too. lack of sleep and rest and worry too much about your work will cause dandruff. but i don't really care about it lol

Dandruff never a problem for me! But I do get spots when I'm stressed!

I don't get dandruff..I apply mixture of coconut oil and camphor oil regularly...This is best way to prevent dandruff.

I think it is pretty common so wouldn't worry about it.

And as said - Head & Sholders anti-dandruff is definitely the best. A friend of mine did a study on the anti dandruff products on the market, and it turned out head & sholders was actually more effective than those of which a GP would prescribe.
