We have a few updates today which are the following:




Award category reshuffle
New Donator colour released
Design & Development - Tutorial and Resource forum.
New Mobile Skin
Sphinx Search Plugin enabled
Quick reply editor problems fixed!

I have created a new category for awards called "Limited Edition Awards". All the awards that have been used once and will not be used again have been moved into this category. In the future any awards that are made and are only planned to be used once will go into this category too.

I have moved the awards around so that the awards that people can request are at the top of each category so that when people view the awards they can see easier which awards are available.

You can claim awards currently for: Being a Habbox Donator, X Amount of time on the forum, X amount of posts on the forum, Following Habbox on Twitter, Liking Habbox on Facebook, Joining the Habbox Habbo Group and from which Habbo Hotel you originated from (UK/USA/AU/SG/CA) all you have to do is visit this page (http://www.habboxforum.com/awards.php) and hit "Request Award"

We have released a new donator colour to replace the Magenta colour that was recently removed.

You can now buy a Teal Habbox Donator, it is the same price as the other donators and will be staying as a permanent colour. You can buy it by clicking here (http://www.habboxforum.com/payments.php). You can see Forum God with it here (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=69954&styleid=74).

As we removed 2 colours (Magenta and Blue) we are still one donator colour short, I have created a thread in the feedback forum (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=720735&p=7280884) for your ideas on a colour to replace the Blue!

I have created a thread in the Design and Development forum which details the fact that we are looking for some new tutorial/resource threads for a new Tutorial and Resource forum that we will be making visible to everyone that uses the forum! There is currently only a few tutorials in there so I'm looking for some more:


We are introducing a new Tutorial & Resource forum on HabboxForum which currently contains around 8 tutorials. We want to build a forum which has a lot of tutorials to help people who visit Habbox with regards to designing and development!

We will be rewarding people who create tutorials that get moved into the Tutorial & Resources forum with 40 reputation points. If you post a tutorial which you think is worthy of going into the Tutorial & Resources forum then you can contact myself a Super Moderator or a Moderator of this forum by PM and then we will decided whether it should be moved or not.

The forum will be released on Tuesday so if you want your tutorial in there then get posting!

Due to the forum upgrading to a new version of vBulletin we now have a new Mobile skin which is very nice! If you want to access the new mobile skin then you can go to the skin selector at the bottom of the forum and select Mobile Skin V2. Or if you access the site from a mobile device then it will automatically direct you to the mobile skin (I'm 95% sure on that!)

Searching the forum has always been a pain in vBulletin due to the slowness of it. Fortunately we've been able to snatch up a copy of DP Sphix search plugin. This plugin not only optimizes the speed at which you're able to search the forum, but it also allows you to search through your private messages if you so choose. You may or may not have already seen this new search box appear on your inbox.

All the problems with the quick reply editor (including missing images/buttons) has now been sorted! If you are still having any problems then please create a thread in the bug tracker forum and we will look into it :)

In regards to donating, we've just realised that the SMS donation link is currently broken. It's been passed onto Jin so hopefully that will return soon but we will let you know when it does :)
