Actually Seniors do a fair bit of work but management help with reports and such too :)!

Well for news, you either have one manager and one asst. or one manager and 2 seniors. Not too sure you need 1 manager, 1 asst. and 1 senior. But that's just my opinion.

Well done Chantelle.

Arthur is in his final GCSE year and he may need the support in the main running of the department, having a Senior is still good as they then have someone else to assist them with quality control. I was hoping in the future to have Manager, Assistant Manager, 1 Senior if I had stayed.

Or otherwise have 1 manager, 1 asst, 0 seniors. It's not a huge department. Myself and Martin managed more than fine with just the 2 of us. This isn't HabboxLive, or forum, or rare values where a larger hierarchy is needed. This is a news department, of which popularity of has gone downhill since 2009ish due to Habbo making it easy to find news right on their site.

Plus it's unfair on the other senior who has been there longer and worked quite hard :p!

Just highlights the fact I'm not good enough and if people say it's because you already have another management job, one word Sct. I have enough time on my hand to manage them both but I know some people don't think my news is adequate enough ;)! I'm not jealous though and wish her the best of luck.
