Well basically in like 05/06 I bought the xbox 360, used it a few times, according to emails in november 08 it got RROD and i got it repaired by msftPut it on again last week and keeps freezing like 5 minutes into a game.So basically can I sent it off for repair again (as its most likely overheated, again) Or won't they fix it as it's out of warranty (I remember something about RROD = they fix regardless of warranty, or atleast did when I got it repaired)

i recently had 2 2006 xbox's die on me. they're not all that reliable with age. microsoft will charge you £60 flat-rate to fix an rrod on an out of warranty console (i know cause i tried it in august and the other week). if you want a replacement you can get an older xbox in game for £60 or you may aswell splash out and buy a new one with a new warranty.

Is this (http://www.game.co.uk/en/xbox-360-250gb-with-kinect-kinect-adventures-71547?attributeName1=Shop By&pageSize=20&provenance=New&categoryIdentifier=10471&attributeValue1=63&sortBy=PRICE_ASC) one of the latest xbox's?
Is there a better/newer one?
yeah thats the ones :D i have a 4gb but if yr a serious gamer (and play games through, i'm more of an online player) best to buy the 250gb. argos have a good deal where you get gears of war3 free which is a sweeeeet game hahaha.

also can't edit above
I only really plan on using it for the xbox live
So shall I stick with the 4GB rather than the 250GB?
Last xbox had 60GB memory but no idea how much was actually used.

If you plan on downloading anything, you'll almost definitely need the 250GB.
I got one as soon it was released and it's brilliant - really quiet and small :)

Map packs are HUGEEEE now, On 4gb you will probably fit 3 or 4 map packs.
OT: I have had my Xbox 6 years, Original arcade, still running fine! :P
