I like creepers, especially on men! For women, I like the clunky soles which creepers have. I think this looks good with a gothic or punk style. They are also very practical, if you are small.
The normal creppers also look nice with a pair of jeans. Style-wise I would say: Yes to creepers!
I think I should get a pair :)
