Basically, am I allowed to offer people creds/furni to sign up to omgpop with my referral

A11. Please do not post links to Internet Marketing which you involves your gain at the expense of our members ~ Referral marketing is a method of internet marketing that relies on gaining new customers by referrals, usually through word of mouth. Referrals can be an annoyance for members, and therefore they are not allowed, they are also not allowed in signatures. This rule also covers sites which pay you per click on certain links.

As, technically it's not at the expense of members, as they're also gaining, also I don't get paid per click etc, just need 10 people so I don't have to wait 30 seconds every game :)

Then again people could say the same thing about rep, they're also gaining rep. I'm a million % sure it's not allowed.

Taking 1 part of the rule and ignoring the rest isn't

For example, Do not post private details or information, on it's own is wrong as the rest of the rule allows you to post yourself, social networking websites + email

Do not post pointlessly on it's own is pointless as you're allowed to do it in spam.

I'm asking about this rule, based on the rest of the rule, as I said, it states "Please do not post links to Internet Marketing which you involves your gain at the expense of our members", if said members are getting paid, then it isn't an expense to members, it's a gain to myself and the members.
