Habbo Problem! [PLEASE HELP]

My mate was doing some Banttle Bazai quests and as soon as he finished a quest, Habbo logged him out. No one know's his password or anything, Habbo just keeps logging him out. But the weird thing is, it only logg's him out on his computer. He let me try his account to see if it happened to me too, but it didn't.

If anybody could tell me why it keep's doing this, i'd greatly appreciate it.

I don't think it's just to do with quests. Whenever my boyfriend wants to go on Habbo I give him a laptop and it keeps logging him out. Maybe it's the laptop he uses or browser?

Could be the Internet connection?

It'll be his internet connection, regardless of it being slow/fast habbo will log you out in the event of a connection dip.
