Need Coder for job (paid)

I'm needing a coder to do a job and I am willing to pay for it, although I would need the job done as soon as possible.

Currently my online radio station, which aims to launch hopefully soon, has its own custom made DJ Panel that we had made for us a bit back. Each presenter has their own profile page on the panel which they can edit, and administrators can also edit. The profile's are then pulled from the panel and put onto a staff page, so a viewer on the site, when it is launched, can see a list of staff, and click their name for more information.

We want to do something similar but for shows. We have a page for shows but nothing on it at the moment. What we are looking for is someone to add a feature into our panel that allows presenters to add/edit shows (maybe not add, maybe leave that to administrators) that will then be pulled onto a show page. I'd like it to have stuff such as a banner, about text, and if possible a blog. The idea is similar as the above one, where viewers could see each show and click on it for for more information.

If you are interested let me know and we can try and work out a price. We'd give you access to the panel and stuff so you can see what your working with.

I'll add on that we've tried people that promised us they'll do the work straight away if they get paid, and it ended out to people who just take ages not, weeks... Even though they we're getting paid a good amount of cash.

We need this launch, and it won't happen if we're keep on getting people who don't work on what we're paying them for. So if you're one of them, then please... We've had enough time wasted.
