A family member recommended it to me on Saturday I've got my hands on the first series. I've watched the first episode so far and really enjoying it.. just wondered if anyone else had seen it? It's on Sky Atlantic I believe.
It's a US television series set in Atlantic City during the prohibition in the 1920s. It emphasises just how corrupt the actual authorities were at the time.. and delves into irregularities at the different stages in the chain of command. It's particularly interesting for me because I studied The Great Gatsby last year which is also set in the Roaring Twenties, but this time in New York. I actually did a presentation on the prohibition so it's quite cool learning even more about it.
So yeah, anyone else? :P
