Official Fansite Revote?

I've been reading three different Habbo fansite forums and there is a rumour going around that Habbo.com will be revamping the fansites soon and it may also involve a re-vote for current fansites to get back onto the list.

I've haven't seen any confirmation of this actually happening, was just wondering if anyone on Habbox has heard about this and if they have any extra information about it?

Im fairly sure like 60-70% won't get back up there due to their completely naff so go ahead :)

Probably a November event to fill the void between Halloween and Christmas.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Perhaps the AGMs should do some pre-emptive planning to get people to vote.

Yeah we will be doing, just in-case this does actually take place and we need to get people to vote for us!

Haven't heard anything about this myself, but it is surely about time this does happen - after all, the fansite list is currently pointless.

First I've heard of it as well.

I hope this happens though - should remove some of the inactive/appaling fan-sites and will hopefully get more people interested in fan-sites again :)

That's a good thing because then all the sites that are inactive can be taken out. I don't see why they can't just stay on top of the official fansites? I mean do they really have to wait a few months before getting rid of some inactive official fansites?

I think this is pretty good, it'll be better for those fansites that actually try hard to do well for there community and also eliminate those that don't really deserve to be there as they're inactive and just dreadful! :P

I'm pretty sure Habbox will do well if there is a revote. I think Habbox has always had an incredible team and it always tends to beat any opposition :D

It isn't a rumor; Kitano first talked about it at the Staff Meet and Greet, then again at the soapbox and again during chit chats.
He said he'd start it after Habboween, so first week in November.

Funny, though; ThisHabbo just got made official today.

If they have just added ThisHabbo, which they have. How can they do a re-vote then? Well I guess they could make people vote for the ones who are on the list already apart from ThisHabbo...

ThisHabbo went through player support, I'm rather irked that they got in weeks before the nomination. I take it player support and hotel management don't communicate very well. I was gonna ask Kitano about it this morning but I felt like sleeping.
