User Cp messed up... again :L [SORTED]

Why does my user CP always seem to break :l
Anyway, when I click 'User CP' and it loads it comes up with a massive grey block covering all the options and stuff like in this image:

It's fine for me now, it used to go to the bottom sometimes and then sometimes be in the right place.

But it seems to alright now, I don't have that grey box issue o.o
