I just thought it would be fun to start a monthly thing where I choose a car model, and give it a short review based on it's body style, so to get this segment started here is the first Car of the Month!

The Ford Taurus

Well, to get started I think this car is very modern looking (which I like in a car, and of course it looks glimmering since it is as a car show) :P but besides that it looks stylish, its size looks bigger then most sedans and it has smooth eye appealing lines, the thing I like the most about this car, and most Fords is its grill. It's not the normal grill they have used for past models, but now it is a more, formed, and solid looking grill. The rims are the perfect size and the style matches the car nicely, and last but most certainly not least, the black body trim, this adds the illusion of heftiness to the car. So to wrap it all up, the Ford taurus is a nice luxury looking sedan that many can afford to enjoy.

So there you have it, the October car of the month, sorry for any grammar errors I didn't catch, and I will be back with a new car around November 20th!

I had one of these as a rental when my Explorer was in the shop. The car rode beautifully but it was too big for me.

Hmmm, is that the American version of the Ford Mondeo? I hope they've not brought out a sedan when the Ford Focus Sedan will be in the exact same range as this - I assume the Focus will be coming in a Sedan shape as well as Compact.

By the way, if I got the US body shapes wrong I apologise in advance. Over here they are family-saloons and super-minis :P

Iirc, the Taurus is the US equivalent of the Mondeo. They have made/are making a new focus 4-door, but I'm unsure if it's coming to the UK. 4 door sedan versions of normal hatchbacks never caught on in the UK, hence why we don't have the Renault Thalia or sedan versions of the Peugeot 206, Skoda Fabia and Ford Fiesta
