Ive been banned for 6months now and its a perm- Yes i did stay *REMOVED* and I know i done something wrong but ive suffered for 6 months now dont you think that is enough? so i looked at my past requests and i found this

Thank you for contacting Habbo.
The account in question has been permanently banned for for advertising/discussing what is known as a "retro". The sites are clones of Habbo, which are not permitted.

Retro servers firstly steal bandwidth from the real Habbo, causing a slower service for other Habbos. They also can be unsafe, with little or no moderation or security. Many Habbos sign up to these retros using the same Habbo name and password - which means that the person who owns the retro can steal their real Habbo account. Some even download keyloggers or other spyware onto visitors machines!
Finally, and perhaps most seriously, retro hotels breach what is known as copyright law. Copyright law means that you cannot make copies of other peoples work without their permission. Breach of these laws can land the owners of retros in a lot of trouble!

This means we have to take this issue quite seriously - and that's why we have had to ban the account permanently.

If they 'reviewed my ban' they could've unbanned me as i know people who got unbanned for the same thing and why blame me? It was nearly maintenence

I see there reasoning, but in your case, if you want your this bad that you "beg" (it's in quotes because thats not really what you are doing) They should let you have if back since 6 months is a long time, for something this silly

Exactly. All you can do is hope they'll reconsider in a few months. I wouldn't hold your breath though. Perhaps you could be lucky and catch one of the support staff on a good day :P

I don't think you will - Sulake are over-protective about retros, when I think quite a lot of people on Habbo have used them. I've met quite a few people from retros on Habbo... Yeah I used to play retros xL then got bored.

But yeah, considering you advised someone to go on the retro and said the name of it - you would have deserved the ban xL

As I've stated in another post, here is why you cannot get your furni/coins back;

We may terminate these Terms and Conditions or suspend your account at any time with or without notice to you if: (a) you breach these Terms and Conditions or Habboway (https://help.habbo.com/entries/274612-the-habbo-way) (b) you have not accessed your account for 6 months; or (c) if the Website is going to be shut down or merged with other services. You understand that all purchases of Habbo Credits and/or of Premium Subscriptions and/or of any other virtual items (e.g., furniture) sold on the Site are final and non-refundable, except, in our sole and absolute discretion and are a limited game play, license and not a cash account or equivalent.Once you buy Credits, a Premium Subscription or any other virtual item sold on the Site, you can't get your money back. Further, in Sulake's sole discretion, Habbo accounts that are either unused or have been used only once for a period greater than six (6) months may be terminated.
So yeah, you can't really get anything back - you could try and re-appeal again, and be all nice and innocent. But they prob. won't unban.

It's against the law to own a retro, so advertising it doesn't really help the matter so to stop the advertising they ban the account.

Regardless of what Kitano says, I don't think he is that high up at Sulake to just "not care about retros" - That's if it's just a worker for the .com hotel and nothing high ranking up at Sulake.

Anyway:

Retros is a problem for Sulake and they do not like them whatsoever and that will be from the people who work in high-ranking roles at Sulake, not the Hotel Manager on one of the hotels.

I know retros aren't looked highly upon but I was going more along the lines of 'If she gets banned then everyone else should for mentioning a retro.' Most of them don't though so I don't think she should have been banned it could suggest that the staff have 'favourites.' However, I guess it does depend how you spoke of the retro.

Yes i know i deserved the ban and yes i was stupid to even say it in the picnic area ~ as its a public room.
but i like didnt think before i spoke and others spam it and last a while; and like charlotte said my mate was there and said the same she got unbanned on the click of her finger (if that makes sense); They should have a policy that they keep them unbanned or like make it a 6 month ban not a ******* ban til 2022? ~ do they expect everyone to be playing habbo ; then ill have a job and all that crap; i aint hanging on til then.

You should get un-banned for it, contact support and wait for about 10 weeks then you will get a reply as Habbo is awful these days, thats why I stopped playing.

You should be apologetic and say you have learnt your lesson and that you understand the dangers of retros now, but you didn't before and it will never happen again if you are given another chance to redeem yourself. explain that it was a childish mistake that you didn't realise was quite so serious and a permanent punishments isn't fair because you now cannot redeem yourself, so a second chance is fair.

I got banned for something, but I spoke to a moderator randomly one day and they actually got me unbanned after asking me if I had learnt my lesson and what I had learnt from it haha, those were the days!
