habbo scam?

i typed *Removed* and it came up with a site looking exactly like habbo but it had 30 players on i noticed this and didnt log in so just becareful :D

Yeah this has been happening recently! Some people may not have noticed this though and could have been hacked because of it.

I think it's best to save the real Habbo as a bookmark, and access it that way,
That way you can always be sure you're getting the right one,
Just for the future :)

Yep they are called retros, they are Habbo clones, I used to play them, but they had many many bugs so that stopped me from playing them, then I learned of there dangers, and now I know to stay away, I was just lucky enough not to get hacked

What did you type? ;O, If it's what I'm thinking of ( an easy typing error to make ) then yeah, I've seen that before and remember it used to be an old retro which got popular and which people would just not shut up about -.-

I belive it may've been a retro
but like there was my friend, on their homepage it said check this thing out,
so you click on it and it goes to a logout page,
so you press okay, it take you back to the login screen... as soon as you press okay and enter you user
bam it leads you to normal habbo homepage
they have your details...
so a warning there :) its still on the homepage now but I wont say whos ;)
but then yes it might be a retro, lots are around and some play them
