Banned, but not banned ban!?

Hey people, I recently got banned on my clone on my ID whilst making a video of how to make sure you don't get scammed. It was obviously something I said which made them think i'm hacking/scamming. After being banned on that account, I go off and it takes me to my user ID's and I go onto my main account michael541. It shows its unbanned, etc but when I load up the hotel it loads fully then says 'Page not available!' with the url:http://www.habbo.com/account/disconnected?reason=banned&origin=popup&id=10

Any help on this!?

EDIT: This happens on EVERY account, even if I try and make a account it happens!?

Why can I get onto the homepage, discussion forums, edit my page etc then?

I'm not sure it's just if your getting the banned link on every account you go on/create I was only guessing it was that. Maybe a chat to the Customer Support to see if it's an error or what.

This happened to me, I got a ban for hacking which I did not do it said:

Permanant Ban: Reason Hacking IP Ban

I couldn't get on any account, but they weren't banned, I was just IP banned. I eventually could create a new account, but I couldn't get on any of my other accounts I registered before that day, but I found out how to undo the IP-Ban

I went on my uncles computer with a different IP and signed in, which allowed me to go on my account, I stupidly transferred to a new account, then when I got back, it seemed signing in on a different IP un-did my IP ban for the accounts I created before that day on my computer, so now I can get on. It is very complicated!

I hope it works, because it sure worked for me. I don't think going on your downstair computer will work, it must be in another house!

Oh, I'd like to add one more thing, after a week of this ban I finally was able to create a new account, but still not go on mine, that's when I went on another computer with a different IP which somehow un-did the ip ban on my computer... so, if it doesn't work then, wait a week or so and see if you can register a new account eventually. When I went to register, it had frank with an angry face and his arm up, and it said some text? Is that the same with you?

And when ever I logged in, it redirected me on the client when I clicked enter hotel to that exact page you said, and it had that same stuff you just showed me!

create new user account on your computer and log in there, will work.

Tried your way today at a friends house, I could go onto my account successfully but when I got back at mine it didn't work so I'll try again in a week, but until then I'll be trying to get my IP address changed :)

Its working now, I logged on through facebook habbo and it fixed it!

Ive had the same problem for 5 days now still not fixed but im hoping after 1 week you can create a new account or something?
