I have now decided my sexuality after a few years but just have not told anyone, I am not tonight going to inform my parents I am infact Gay.

I just dunno how to break it.

Maybe just sit down with them and say or talk to the one you are closest too first. Good for you. Must be terrible not being able to be yourself in front of them. :)

Yes I agree! It's a step in the right decision that you have decided that you'll tell them. I would do it however you feel you're most comfortable, whether it's just one parent and then another or both of them at the same time. There's not really a way to break it imho, although some people may disagree, I think you've just got to tell them if that's what you plan on doing. :)

If I'm honest that is really brave, I have a few friends who find it hard to tell their parents about their sexuality.
