Fishing is very slow and it depends what you fish, but if you want a profitable gain from 99 then sharks until 90 (or 91 I'm not sure) then rocktails.

A lot of effort. Best to do is trout/salmon @ barb village til 92 then sharks the rest. I've got 98 fishing and simply cannot be bothered to get 99.
