Looks pretty awesome, I thought there was already a radio called galaxy :L But I think that merged with capital fm :P
Good luck with it! I might PM you later on :D
i would consider changing yr name, otherwise you may get a bit of trouble from galaxy 102.2fm.

This is just for information purpose only. I have checked everything and I am aloud to use Galaxy FM as they merged with Capital Fm. Capital does not own the name Galaxy which means Galaxy FM can be used. Thank you anyway.

I'm sorry to say, but you didn't "check" everything!
Galaxy might of merged with Capital FM, but the name is still copyrighted to the company it's with (Global Radio for instance)
And by using their name you face legal action.
I've gone through a similar phrase when TrentFM closed last year, I purchased trentfm.net & trentfm.info but days before it's launch I received an legal letter telling me if I open the website under their brand name, I face legal action. This was a letter from Global radio who owns the name "trentfm".
So in the end, I was forced to rename my website TrentSound, and get the posters remade.
So if you want to risk legal action, by all means continue. :)
Also, it's abit sad if you do open under a former national radio station.

Not very... original, name wise.
Good luck I guess although I dont see it being different from other sites.
I agree with those who have said something along the lines about changing the name. It would be wise if you changed it and came up with something yourself. The site looks pretty good, but for the name which is currently Galaxy i'd try making it fit into the theme. :P

I'm actually pretty certain that Global Radio Holdings Limited still owns the brand or whatever you want to call it for "Galaxy".
