Not right now. Adele could fart and sell millions of copies of it at this point. She is nearing 10m sales of 21 WW when it's been out for 8/9 months with 2 big singles whereas LOUD has done about 5m since it's release last year with several big singles.

In the charts RiRi is doing better than Gaga, but Gaga still has bigger cultural impact. The only memorable moment that Rihanna has ever had was, sadly, the incident with Chris Brown... Gaga gets all the headlines wherever she goes, Rihanna doesn't get that kind of treatment. She's just a radio star, which is fine for what she is, like Katy, but she's not an "icon" (using that term lightly) like Gaga, Britney, Madonna...

And it does show on the charts as well. When Gaga and Britney released their lead singles (Born This Way and Hold It Against Me), they both shot to the top of the US iTunes chart. Rihanna didn't even get close with We Found Love until the video came out. Just shows the levels of public interest really. If Rihanna was making more risky and experimental music that wasn't designed for the charts then no one would care.

I wish she'd just slow it down, I mean if she used the best of both Loud and TTT, then this would be pretty flawless. I never want to hear cockiness, we all want love or jay-z's rap on TTT again.

right drunk on love (with the xx sample) has grown on me slightly, but i don't like what she's done to the sample. the original without the synthy bits added to it is fine.

Who else thinks that 'Where Have You Been' would be a massive third single? I wasn't overly keen on 'You Da One' at first but it's grown on me massively! She is performing it on X Factor this Sunday :D

She's diverse. She doesn't want to just release a pure pop/dance album like Britney Spears and Kesha do. She has everything from pop to reggae to dance to trance to dubstep to rap; hell, I could go on!

I just listened to the whole album and where have you been is amazingggggg but a lot of the other stuff sounds really similar. I preferred Loud tbh.

ttt is not as good as loud imo. i like drunk on love but i still need to have a proper listen to the whole album.
