HxF Server! (It's back!)

You may remember months ago there was a habbox server, but it closed due to funds. That will not happen with this server. The only reason for the server closing is if people don't use it.
This server is survival with a few plugins:
LWC (Chest, furnace and door protection)
Worldguard (Creeper & ender men grieving + land protection (You can get your house protected))
Essentials (Only /sethome, /home, /spawn and /tp, /tpahere for VIP's)

Mods:
TheGarner (Matt Garner)

Server IP: SuperSurvival.net (www.SuperSurvival.net is also a forum which I haven't setup yet which I will if the server gets beyond HxF)

Is builder the default setting for guests? I logged on for the first time and was able to build straight away, guessing i didn't get perms though since I cant use /spawn or /sethome yet.

Made a lil hut outside town for a bit but got stuck in somebodies garden inside town :L gotta wait for help to get out now lol

Just finished an automatic farm in the basement of my house, if you want to use it yourself when I'm not there you can, just flick the lever on the back wall to gather up the seeds and wheat, then resow the seeds.

It has, I did find out who did it and they are now in prison for life :P

Also server is a little bit buggy since it is a dev bukkit mode not the official release (that will be out in approximately 1 week)

Rule 1 of running a server: ALWAYS KEEP BACKUPS.

Instead of closing it, maybe a better idea might be to just downgrade the size. I mean a 50 person slot server is fairly big at the moment. Even half or less would be a considerable saving :) The map could always be upgraded later on if more people come to use it.

We're managing 10 users a time with 1GB dedicated to Minecraft on a SimplexWebs VPS.

Dedicated servers are overkill now that they have finally decided to fix the memory leaks the server had a while ago.

Just been on now and my whole house has been completely destroyed. :P I could just about cope with them destroying my doorbell last time, but it seems they went one step further this time. I don't agree with spending so much time doing something for someone to come be sad and wreck it, especially if there's no backup. so I'm out. :P

Found a new server which I can afford if we continue to get the current donations.

We will not start a new map, however I am going to be moving the spawn far away from the current mess of the town. You can iver stay in the only town or some start up again in the new town (Only doing this so you don't lose your items).

However I will not be moving until I have re-setup the plugins and they have been tested. Doing it properly this time since its apparent people have to ruin it for others.

The other option is I close the server and pass of the current donates to the other HxF server.

Ok, I have found a server and I have just bought it.

It can supposedly hold 20 people, but I doubt it so I added a tiny bit of memory. Its also at a much cheaper price which we can afford monthly.

I will be moving over to the server on the 3rd-4th of December after setting up all the plugins again (properly).

I think there's a problem with the world player saves. Everytime i login i return to the exact same place i was no matter how many times i log in/out in different places. Also my inventory keeps reverting back to how it was 5 days ago for some reason every time i log out?
