Well, as you may have noticed, it's 7.37am and I've still not slept. I've watched two movies and tried for hours to simply lie in darkness.

What do you do to go to sleep?

If I really can't get to sleep then I watch movies or just lay there. I think reading a book can help you, it helped me once but I don't read much ahh.

at the moment i can't sleep unless i'm completely flat out so i'm getting up at 5am and going to bed at 10pm. usually my favourite music helps me sleep.

I close my eyes, helps quite alot!

Seriously, I just stay up till 1am and wake at 7am. I get progressively more worn out throughout the day until I drop into bed.

I just think about a future I'd love to have XL it gets quite elaborate and complex... so I just get tired and end up 'dropping off'.

If that fails - I count sheep... it actually works for me? XL

I usually fall asleep quite easily with me being back at school, I just get into bed and I'll be asleep within minutes. If there's ever a time where I can't get to sleep I'll usually just get into bed with my laptop until my eyes become tired and listen to some music, it would have to be a certain type of music though. I've found out that Adele helps. ;)

I only go to sleep when I'm tired, whether that be 10pm, 6am or whatever. I don't need to 'help myself' get to sleep.

when i go to bed, i think/force dreaming until i well, fall asleep. probably why my dreams are too vivid :( if i know i have to wake up early (so like 8am), no matter what i do, my mind/body like spites me and doesn't let me fall asleep until 3am which is bloody frustrating.

I always find it really hard to get to sleep but I find if I relax then it doesn't take to long.

Take time to relax beforehand by watching something on iPlayer or reading a book :)

lol trying to force myself to sleep or worrying keeps me up later. i turn tv/laptop off brush my teeth get changed etc an hour before i want to sleep n read a book until then. and i drink something warm and have a bath an hour before too.

If i work hard during the day where i stand up for like 6 hours straight then i'm usually wiped out by the time i get home. Or staying up late till like 6am and go to work at 9 usually helps me fall asleep early. haha.

Normally I go to bed when I'm tired so then I eventually fall asleep quickly. But if not I watch TV until I doze :)

I close my eyes and just end up sleeping. But sometimes, I just have milk/hot chocolate, put on a movie which makes me really tired and then fall asleep. I am always falling asleep by 2am anyway because of my patterns.

I find it really easy to get to sleep, even if I'm not tired. I suppose I'm lucky :P

I listen to the radio bedtime hour or put on the tv with timer mode on.

That's what I always used to do :P Put the TV onto some radio station then put it on the timer mode cause then I knew that it would turn itself off and I wouldn't need to worry about turning it off!
