In Canada we changed times the week after most of you folks in the UK. I'm getting the same amount of sleep but I am absolutely exhausted. I thought I'd be fine on the weekends but I'm waking up too early, I think. Anyone else?

erm, yes? lol, i really don't have a clue how someone hasn't adjusted to the time change tbf. maybe because my sleeping pattern is messed up in the first place, because i didn't even notice the change when it occurred lol.

I just hate how dark it gets so early. It just makes you wanna get into bed.

[@]@dirrty[/@] I don't know, I'm really sleepy I guess :P

[@]@Kirst[/@], it's still so dark here in the evening. I hate driving home from my classes in the dark!

What time change?

I don't have a sleeping pattern or anything so it's of little concern to me and I hardly find an hours difference difficult to get used to, but anything that displays the time in my room is still on BST, except my computer and my phone. I'll change them back to GMT one day.

Yeah I have adjusted, I usually adjust the day after it has occurred. My DSi still says the wrong time and when it first occurred I was thinking it was such an hour when it wasn't. I feel it would ruin it altogether if they wanted to keep us the same as other countries moving back 2 hours in Summer and 3 hours in Winter or something daft like that. I don't like how I come home from college at 4 on a Tuesday and Friday and it's near enough dark! I went to the Garden Centre after College yesterday and when we got out it was near enough pitch black!

I honestly never find the need to adjust.

It's only an hour, when you say you find yourself waking up early, you mean 1 hour earlier than before right? I don't see how an hour makes a difference.
