Runescape Is not loading?

Sorry, I hope i posted this in the right runescape bit (Unless i am going mad)
As you know there is the loading screen of Java, It gets stuck on there everytime?

It's been doing that for me lately. Downloading the runescape client (http://www.runescape.com/kbase/guid/Downloads_and_Wallpapers) will help as it doesn't require java to run.

I have always just used the downloadable client, that's probably best.
