RSS Feeds

I'm creating a personal forum/blog and I would like an RSS Feed included. How do I add it to my site AND what do I need to download or w/e?

Step one: Create your own blog - example (mine is :http://zakerias.blogspot.com/)

Step two : Find your feed (If you're using blogspot it'll behttp://YOURSITE.blogspot.com/atom.xml) Example mine is :http://zakerias.blogspot.com/atom.xml

Then use something like RSSInclude.com to include it in your site, if you want a more complicated way though please just ask and I'll explain. :)
