So i wanna make my computer run faster

1. Because i get really frustrated when my computer lags

2. Because i have documents everywhere..

I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of EVERYTHING of my computer and then reinstall it?

Im running windows 7 at the moment.

Also is itnecessaryto keep the Adobe things (Seeing that my photoshop wont work i will just re install it after i delete it if i am able to)

And Microsoft Visual C++ & Microsoft Mysql Server 2008 etc.. there are also some programs which wont delete..

Not got yourself a recovery disc or a disc that returns it to factory settings or an option for it on your computer? Depends on who the manufacturer of the computer is to be honest.

In regards of Adobe programs, no you don't need them and the only things that you may want to keep is Adobe Flash, Adobe Air etc.

These are programs other programs will rely on to run, if you have them, you probably need them.

As Matt said, you need to go and find yourself a Windows 7 disk or look in your computer's manual for something about a recovery partition.
