here's my advice: cut down on surger stuff, so some long walks, press ups pull ups anythign that will make u sweat

First my advice is dont give out your full name :P
Second - If you dont want to go out and do excercise try running up and down stairs in your house a few times ( sorry if its a bungalow) Drink water to keep you hydrated. Eat some fruit a few times a week and once your use to it make a table and try and stick to it

Err, I don't advise that.. I did that and well, you easily develop eating disorders ;) Which aren't good :(

LMAO The funniest advice I ever seen in this forum was 'Cut off your legs and hope you don't die' which made me weak with laughter, but, just basically, like Squirted said, do the complete opposite of your current habits.

I Have Bulimia and im Anorexic so its pretty much some sort of advice in my opinion :o
I'm not bulemic (sp?), but I do have Anorexia, getting really bad too :( Down to 79lbs, I don't really tell people on Habboxforums though :p Hopefully noone reads this :p

Solution:
Excercise;Hoover, ride a bike to school, walk to school. Chew Gum instead of eating lots. Drink lots of diluted jucie (healthy and includes water have sugar free juice if u can) Drink diet drinks. Also have slow acting foods (research..)

i know this as im diabetic ;)

i believe that is the correct weight aprox for 14 (depending on height)

also guys remember that it dosnt matter wot age you are always if you were 10 and u were over 6ft then being lets say 12 stone at age 10 wouldnt be a bad thing at all.
also some ppl have big bones or threw ya teens your muscles may grow etc.
think bout it many footballers (none of which look fat) can be weighing in at 14/15 stone and they are not always the tallest ppl.

oo yeah im 8 1/2 stone. im 5ft 7 and am 14.

If you find it hard todo alot fo work at the same time ( Like 30 sit ups ), Work up, Do 2 sit ups and then maybe in a few hours do 3,4,5,6,7 and so on, Only do 10 a day thoug.
Walk around more, Try and find a sport you enjoy.

goto the gym once or twice a week,cut down on the junk food,eat yer greens and fruit and excercise. Swimming is a good way of excercising.

why does the govement say that all children are fat and dont exercise much when the give us fatty foods at school and nothing to really do after school (in a safe envorment) cos where i lived i got mugged :( and that was going home

That's all you need. Eating a lot of healthy food isn't gonna necessarily make it better, it'll just make you healthy, but not lose weight.

In order to loose weight, you have to make vast decisions about the food you eat, exercise, free time, hobbies. If you work on these, I'm sure you'll loose weight.
Eating healthy is a good start, but like Blu said, you have to help that along by following some simple exercise like walking. I walk quite alot in a day and I also have a routine of running in the evenings followed by some exercise.

When your young aswell, however, your brought up, you'll tend to eat alot of junk foods which could be ok, but depending on the amounts you eat of it, thats the problem. Everyone looks chubby in there educational years (primary & secondary school) and after that, when you hit 15-16 its good to get into a healthy routine and good fitness because thats when you loose a great deal of weight.

maybe spend less time in front of the pc and more time running up and down the stairs or..sit ups..i memba like about last yr i was getting worried about my weight..i duno y i spose its a teenage thing..im not fat at all but just got scared i was gona get fat so i ran up and down the stairs like 40 times its rele rele gd for u!

It isnt so much as what you eat, its that you stop when you are full. Dont eat when you dont feel like eating, when you are full, stop, dont pressure yourself to eat a lot, and go slow.

i have thyroids diese and it slows your metaboliim down and thin people eat sooo much junk and dont put on anything so dont tell her 'just'
do it in moderation.
dont skip meals eat losts of fresh fruit and veg, drink and fill up on water
and watch your porition sizes too

Why not try to eat 5 small meals with 2 piece oof fruit or veg in 3. It helps if you walk foor about 10 mins and do have at least 500 ml of water. Why not try and do some sit ups whilst watching ur fave show!!!

Try and do these evryday!

Also, have a drink before you eat because you might be thirsty than hungry

Tell your parents to only cook you healthy food :D
