Downsizing from ATX to mATX so I can carry my PC to/from Uni and LANs a bit easier. Any recommendations for mATX cases and Mobos?

The only requirements are:
- Socket 1155 (Sandybridge)
- x4 DIMM slots
- At least one PCI slot
- The case must be able to fit a reference HD5850 and ATX PSU
- Not bothered about fitting an optical drive, don't really use it nowadays

Thankssss <3

Stephen!

This is the cheapest one I could find with 4 RAM slots.

As for the case, these ones are nice.

You'll regret it. m-ATX cases are the tightest most awful things to work in with high end components after having a decent ATX case.

I'm not going to be doing much work inside it if any, whilst I'm at Uni anyway. I'd rather have the small convenience of being able to easily carry it to LANs etc rather than tinker space.

I think that's probably the best option in terms of cases, I don't really want to spend £££ on a LianLi case (god dammit I want one though). I was also looking at this mobo: http://www.ebuyer.com/260485-asus-p8h67-m-pro-r3-h67-socket-1155-8-channel-hd-audio-matx-p8h67-m-pro-r3. I'm willing to spend £100 - £110 on the mobo if need be.

Thanks for the links Stephen :P

NZXT Vulcan might be a good choice for you

Actually looking at going down to mITX now, if anyone knows any good stuff?

Not if you plan on gaming. I think m-ITX is too tight to fit a high end GPU in the case.
