Loyalty points problem

Ive been a member for months as im a subscribed to it, and i still have no loyalty points, i havnt spent any or anything, does anyone know why this is?

have you activated them (i think) you have to do this through management?? not rly sure just try :)

You must sign up to the programme before you start receiving points. First installment will be 500 points.
