Wired for this?

What wired would you need if you had a lot of seats and if you sat on one a one way gate turned so you could go through it, then when you went through it the one way gate turned back again?

After they sit on the seat:
User walks on furni (the seat(s))
Match furni to position/state (1-way gate)

After they walk through gate:
User walks off furni (1-way gate)
Match furni to position/state (1-way gate)

user walks on furni - rotate one (idk wat its called) - user walks off furni - rotate. I think you could use match furni state but idk :)
