Right im approaching leaving school now and like everyone i know has got there future planned i've not even thought about it till now because im getting scared, basicly I dont want to go to college because that's just a huge add-on to life which I think you don't need to do, and I really want to do a apprentaship were you get money.

All the apprenticeships I've looked at average about £100 a month,
It's something like, just under £3 an hour... Which is ridiculous imo,
I don't think you would be able to get one in a garden centre, but I might be wrong.. haha,
How long they last varies, they could be 8months, 1 year, or maybe 2... It just depends :o
Doing an apprenitceship now myself... Get about £100 week. They last for as long as they want you, but generally 1 yr... If you want to work in a garden centre and they want you then they will set you on!

1. Write a CV and cover letter
2. Apply for a butt load of apprenticeships
3. ???
4. Profit.
Seriously though, you have to get out there and apply, you'll be expected to turn up to interviews etc too before they offer you a place. The harsh reality is that you might find it extremely difficult to get onto any apprenticeships in this climate.

-how do you get a apprentaship ~ My college referred me to it
-how much money do you get for them ~ I got £120 a week
-how long do they last ~ mine lasted 6 months.
-can u get a apprentaship in a garden centre???? lmao ~ doubt it
you can actually get one in a garden centre lmfao just sayinggg
and yeh this is hard
telephone and inquire about apprenticeship to various different places.. (dont have your heart set on one because apprenticeships are few and far between) arrange an interview, take a cv, be polite and ask questions.. hopefully you'll get it ;)
oh and the pay is terrible tbf, roughly £100 a week
