My Normal Rare Value Report!

These are the rares that i personally think need updating and ill give clear reasons why

Throne = 19hc becuase they are in very popular demand and most places ive being in ppl will pay 19hc for them

Oil Lamp = 0.9 hc becuase they arnt in very high demand and most ppl dont want them and also traders will not pay 1 hc for one so i think it should be dropped

Study Desk = 2hc becuase i think they are a good rare and there value is going up all the time becuase when i go in casinos and furni shops people are offering a good 2hc for them and sellers are not accept anyless then 2 hc from what ive seen

Oriental Screen = 0.4 hc becuase they are not in very high demand and sellers of them are willing to go lower just to get rid of them and buyers are offering less

Petal Patch = 3.5 hc becuase sellers are selling them for that price and i have noticed buyers are offering more for them

Blue Amber = 1.2hc becuase they are worth slightly more then the red amber and more ppl are willing to pay alot more for one then the red amber lamp
