I understand you were trying to make the habbo look like that person, but honestly it looks a little odd. :S

is the long thing an arm i dont really get it lol
er i really think you should follow some tutorials, it could help a lot and theres loads of jagged lines etc

You need to learn shading and also learn line art; I suggest trying something simpler first.

Maybe a few videos might help you with basics!
Its not to bad though.
it sort of mirrors the picture, more detail needed and as [@]@samanfa[/@] stated, work on your line art :)

This is a lot better than I could do, not even lying,
I think for a first attempt with no guidance, it's a pretty nice attempt...
But I do think you should have a look at some tutorials though, as the above people have said :)
Considering you've never used any tutorials and it's your first attempt, it's pretty good. The arm is huge, and although the character may have a long arm in the thing, I don't think it looks right on the smaller one! :P I'd keep working, keep trying and watch tutorials so you can improve! :)

That cosplay is awful , just saying.
The ALT looks ok. But i think you need more shading and the hair should be longer ? :)
