iTunes Help [+REP]

When installing itunes, I always get this:

Anyone know how to resolve this? I need itunes for when I get my iPod for xmas! +REP to useful answers!

I don't know if you tried using a different bit rate. umm
Go to your control panel find uninstall programs then search itunes I had bits of itunes that prevented me from installing itunes ages ago maybe this will help you.

Reading up on some similar errors (Also visual studio related) they're saying installing the full runtime might help:

Also make sure windows is fully up to date (Manually check) as this has been cited as a potential cause.
