I'm stuck in a bit of a pickle (for once, pun not intended), I'm a vegetarian and instead of the turkey many have for their Christmas dinner, I'm always stuck with a jacket potato! Surely that's a bit boring to you? So I'll cut to the chase and all you have to do is to think of something to replace the turkey for Christmas but it must be vegetarian. Sweet, sour, savory - whatever takes your fancy, however the most interesting will win! Good luck!

You can have mashed potatos with a vegetarian gravy you can look up online for the recipe, Any other vegetables that you like , and TOFU TURKEY :D Which you can also easily find the recipe on the web :) Or buy if you like. Tofu saves the day yet again.

Take unhulled sunflower seeds, drench them in Worcestershire sauce and then sprinkle garlic salt on it for some added flavoring.
